Open Box – Electric PTO Clutch fits John Deere 737, 757, 777, 797 Z Trak Mowers. This is a customer return item that has been tested and works properly. The packaging is no longer sealed and may show signs of use or installation, but is like new. Specs – Inner Diameter: 1 1/8. Pulley Diameter: 6 5/16. Belt Width: 1/2″ or 5/8″. Heavy duty “FatBoy Series” upgrade. Super smooth “Xtreme Precision” machined pulley. Integrated water tight wire harness. Includes – (1) Electric PTO Clutch, (1) High Temperature Bearing, (1) Billet Machined Pulley, (1) Stainless Steel Rivet & (1) Wire Harness; comes as shown in the first image. Flaws – Has installation marks and some chipped paint. Replaces – John Deere: TCA12522. Replaces – Stens: 255-871X, 255871X, X0325. Replaces – Warner: 5218-91, 521891. Fits – John Deere: 737, 757, 777, 797 ZTraks. Has a enlarged brake system which has about a 20% better stop time than Gen. The friction ring’s initial torque is about 15% higher than the Gen. Has an integral connection with replaceable electrical harness. Designed for rugged use. For residential & commercial applications. Torque correctly to prevent premature failure. Spacer can be removed for applications that dont require it or when the pulley is on the other side. The spinning pulley weight has been reduced about 50%-100% compared to Gen. 2 clutches; it has lower energy, lower inertia & better dynamic balance. A Message to the Customer.
