Rebuilt John Deere L LI La Tractor Belt Pulley Assembly L527t Al2206t
One of a Rebuilt John Deere belt pulley for John Deere tractors. Part number: Center Housing cast # L527T. (Book # AL2417T), Belt pulley (AL2205 4 1/2″ wide and 6 1/2″ tall). Parts Information says it is used on models: L LI LA. Rebuild notes: Was taken apart and cleaned. Bearings cups and cones were cleaned and looked good so reinstalled with prelube so they do not run dry. The oil passage was cleaned to make sure oil flows to front bearing. The housing and pulley were glass bead blasted and then primed and painted John Deere Classic green. Was then reassembled with a new oil seal. The paper pulley assembly was not rebuilt is the original paper pulley and has a few dings around the metal ring and the outer ring has some bends and is not straight as can be seen in the pictures. The gear has some rust pitting on the outer edge and some on the backside of the gear, but will not be a problem. Please ask if you have any questions about the part and application of the part.
